Pemenant Block On MSN

Can anybody advise how to remove and block MSN?
I do not wish my children to use this software and if I just uninstall it they can reinstall it. I would like to block MSN permenatly.

You should be able to remove it from Control Panel > Add or Remove programs.

Then create limited accounts for them so they can't install programs unless you do it for them.

I would go with VOG,S suggestion of creating limited accounts for the children so they cant install any instant messenger service such as AIM, MSN or Yahoo,

Also it might be an idea to move the pc into a room where you can keep an eye on them and educate them about the potential dangers of chat rooms.

You could rename the exe. file so it won't open. Might fool them for a while!
