Has anyone outthere ever purchased from this company - if so did they have any hassle and what was their after sales like please?

I have just been onto their very informative website and mad up a PC (just for fun really) - I put all high spec stuff on and then clicked for a price - expecting around £2,000 for what I'd asked for - The price incl.VAt & delivery was £807. I couldn't believe it - so thought I'd see if anyone had bought from them

I am using a high spec. comp. which I bought from PCSpecialist about nine months ago. I too made up my own spec. There was a problem with one component and I was kept fully informed by e mail as things progressed. The machine has been hard used since it was delivered on the agreed date and I am Happy.

Thanks - I have a question regarding the CD/DVD Drive. Did you get the 20 x Dual Layer Lightscribe DVD Write +-R/+-RW/+-RAM? If you did I wonder if you can tell me -
Can you still use other DVDs/CDs to write photos etc. to and will they play on a DVD player so you can watch them on TV?
I understand you will not be able to use the write disc label, but I'm not bothered about that so much as being able to let my Dad watch photos on a TV.

dnjl, First my apologies for the delay in replying to your questions.
The answers are: Yes, Yes and I don't know. I do not play my computer stuff on the TV but this afternoon I put a DVD RAM from my comp. into our Panasonic DMR-EX95VEBS and it played OK. My wife manipulates the dvd player as I can't stand watching most TV programmes. The handbook says it will play all the DVD variants and VHS, MP3 etc. I waste my time studying the history and future of our universe; well it takes all sorts to make the world! Hope the above is some use to you.
