PCI USB

I have a Lucent QuadroBus PCI USB controller fitted on my computer. Unfortunately it does not appear to work with WinXP Pro. I have attempted to update the drivers but cannot seem to find a site for them. According to the carton
it arrived in, they should work with Win 2000.
I was under the impression Win 2000 hardware would work in Win XP! Any ideas or do I return the card and get a refund?

the device with a yellow exlamation mark ? I do not know you level if comptuers but i have seen where people have fitted PCI cards and they call them fitted. The problem I am pointing out is check that the Gold Pins of the PCI card are firmly and deep into the slot on the Motherboard, ideally but with care the Gold pins most times do not show on the PCI card when fitted.

I am somewhat deflated - Kinloss you were right! The card obviously was NOT fully pushed home as I have just released and replaced it! Voila! - Yellow exclaimation marks no longer exist!
Santos - thanks for your input - the web site has been added to my list - just in case!
Many thanks to you both.
