PCI Recovery Card installation

I want to install a ReturnStar PCI Recovery Card into my computer.

My system has 3 operating systems on it - ME/2000/XP

According to the ReturnStar user's manual with multi-boot systems the MBR must NOT be in use because otherwise the Recovery Card will wreck the boot up. It says that third party boot managers are supported provided they don't use the MBR.

If I use GAG boot manager which can run from a floppy disk would that work okay with the Recovery Card.

Which one would have to be first in the boot up sequence in the BIOS? Floppy or Network (recovery card)

The FAQs on the returnstar.com website say boot sequence should be

First : Network
Second : Hard Drive

I think I have to change the Second boot device to Floppy to use GAG.

I am going to make a full backup of the MBR with MBRtool before I try to install the Recovery Card.
