PCI device unknown

I recently brought a new motherboard a ASUS P5N-E SLI and two nvidia 7600gs graphics cards. But when I go into device manager I have a question mark appear which says :

Device type other devices
Location PCI Slot 7 (PCI BUS4 Device 0 & function 0)

I have no idea what this means as I have no other devices installed

Could anyone please advise me

Kind Regards

It's probably the ACPI driver you need which can be found on the Asus site for your motherboard.

Look under Utilities for ACPI/ ATK0110 69KB file.

What it does exactly I don't know but it's a tad annoying seeing the yellow ? I agree.

I installed that file this morning, the Asus site can be very slow and it took me a while to connect.
