I want to install a USB 2.0 PCI card to my system and one of the requirements is that my motherboard has a free PCI 2.2 slot. The problem is i have lost the motherboard manual and do not know if the PCI is 2.1 or if it is older. Any ideas as to how i can find out what my PCI slots are?

Firstly you could download this free tool which will tell you what motherboard you have along with a whole host of other info about your system/complete set up. click here Then when you know what motherboard you have get the manual from here click here Let us know how you get on .
