I have made a mistake somewhere and asked to save my usename and password when I come into this site.
Now it automatically appears when I arrive here, how can I stop this? thanks

Your details are saved in a cookie which automatically enters your username and password each time you visit.

If this bothers you then at the end of each session delete the PCAdvisor cookie.

Personally I find typing username and password each time a pain , so I leave the cookie alone.

You can also untick 'save details box'.

the reason that I ask this question is that I have been able to log into PCA using my email address and password, from other pc's but I cannot do this from my friends new (winxp) PC,
PCA will only accept his details on his PC?
