PCA site scrolling site delay

PCA forums there's a delay when selecting a topic and scrolling down. also the mouse pointer takes a while to change to a hand. Using XP and Firefox no problems on other sites. please any suggestions.

It's the ads loading. You could try turning off Java Script for this site only.

i had this in w7. I wonder if pca was put together on w8 pc, since i have used w8 everything is instant whereas as xp and w7 were problematic but using chrome helped

Do you have AdblockPlus?

I was having the same problem for ages until a week or so ago I was advised (on here)

to go to Tools/ABP/ Filter Preferences and change filters to Peter Lowes List and


That cured it. Mind you it does shove the PCA page over to the left of the screen, but

I can live with that.
