To those who responded to my request for advice thank you.
To those who chose to lecture me I refuse to be lectured on this subject when some of you write that I don't seem to have laid out all the facts. I think I have.
The printer does not work, and in fact my neice also cannot get it to work on her PC.
I do not have an attitude, except now with PC Worlds attitude regarding, what to me is a washing of their hands. The chap who had his printer taken back at this branch is to my mind lucky and I say well done.

My comment regarding motor traders is valid and was used as an example of involving Trading Standards who in the Brighton area are very helpful and succesful.

Did you come here and ask us how your Printer might be persuaded to work.

Please give a link to that thread.

Your other thread click here gives us very little idea of what had actually gone wrong with the Printer, other than "It did not work"

Could you tell us so that we might be able to help
