PC Suite for Android phones?

Hi all!
I have a new Motorola Defy android phone. A nice bit of kit, just right for boaters being waterproof etc! It replaces my old Sony Ericsson K8ooi and my C902 phones I have had over the last few years.
Sony Ericsson have a great PC Suite that you use to backup, move files, download your pics and music, read and even write messages, and all manner of things essential to modern mobile phone ownership!
My question is, is there a PC Suite for Android Phones similar to the Sony Ericsson suite?
Motorola do have something, but it's not a patch on the Sony Suite.
I know Pandapp do one, but as yet, having downloaded it have failed to change the Chinese version to English!
I look forward to any information you can give me.

The PC suite/sync program is normally provided by the phone manufacturer and it is best to stick to that. Other phones probably will not be recognised by a different suite. Motorola Media Link is the software click here but you probably don't need it to transfer files click here
