My daughter purchased a machine from them two months ago, doese all that is claimed, contacted my daughter by mobile phone to confirm dispatch and it arrive within the specified time from point of order (two weeks). The support also works well, it was required to sort out a problem with NAV which kept sending out error messages.

I will be purchasing a high spec replacement from them shortly, this old 'TIME' machine is well past its sell-by date (although due to its poor build quality and so many problems which TIME, are they now TINY? never sorted) has had so much replaced that it makes it a bit like 'Triggers Brush'

TIME and TINY ARE NO MORE.Although i think Gate way has stepped into their shoes. For a well built pc and good customer service click here
I had a hard drive fail and the service was great.I had a text to say it was being processed, another when it was sent to be checked ,and another to say it was dead and to go in for a replacement(i live nearby).
