PC slow to boot up

Hi everyone.

I have been reading a post regarding the start-up tab in"system configuration utility" and it's effect on the start up speed. My pc takes a long time to load up and I have looked at the start up menu which seems to have a lot of entries!
Should I delete some of these to help my pc load up quicker...spybot teatimer, scan registry, task monitor, system tray, essdc, load power profile,EM_EXEC,micro dialler, zonelabs client, speedtouch usb diagnostics,AVG7_CC,AVG7_EMC,AVG7_AMSVR and last of alltrue vector.
Seems alot to me,what do you think I could scrub?
Thanks guys.

Most are legit I think; do you use Freeserve / Wanadoo?

you dont need micro dialler if on BB.

speed touch diagnostics can be started later so disable.

All the rest you need

Try remove all except AV and Firewall then try boot. if you need one back, just go through the process and put the tick back
