PC Shutting down at random

Hi there I have a new self built pc which keeps shutting down. There is no warning, no motherboard beeps - just a complete shutdown. If I reboot it straight away it runs fine (it does give the MS waring about recovering from an error)the cpu temps fine (registering at 37) I have reseated it as well as all theother cards (graphics, modem etc), fans are all fine. I have replaced the psu to no effect, checked the memory in another pc. All this and I'm still no nearer finding what the problem is, anyone out there got any sugestions?

The system is a Abit NF7-s with an Athlon 2500+ and a Radeon 9800 pro. It has been set up at stock figures, I have not and have no intention of overclocking this system.

Thanks for any help
