Hi all,

I am trying to fix my dads pc for him and not having much joy.
The pc appears to shuts down after around 7 seconds, whether its attempting to boot into windows or in the bios.
The pc appeared to shut down yesterday whilst burning a cd, but the power is still going to the base unit and the cd finished burning and ejected.
I have used the monitor on a laptop and all works fine.
I have also removed the hard-drive, but still no joy.
What would be your next step?

Thanks in advance.

Paul
