PC Shutdowns & strange warnings - Help !!

Hi,
Hope you can help me out here. The past day or so my PC has been behaving strangely, shutting down at various periods by itself. I thought I may have been infected & did an AVG Antivirus scan, but that came up clear. I then booted up Spybot and was given a warning message along the lines of " Spybot has been changed since it was last used, as Spybot doesn't change itself, it is strongly recommended to scan for malware and viruses". I then shut my pc down, rebooted in safe mode & scanned using Spybot, but that came up blank too.
Running out of options, I tried to scan using TrendMicro's Homecall, but 1/2 way through the scan, the PC shutdown. I tried Panda AV online Scan too and the same thing happened.
I believe I've got infected with something, but haven't a clue what to do next - Help !!
I've attached a HijackThis log (on the next post), hopefully this will provide some answers :-

Any help anyone could provide me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Steve
