PC security

I usually leave my pc turned on while I'm away from it, is there a way of securing it so other people can't use it while I'm away? I'm running win xp pro. Thanks

Stop people from "Switch users" (start->control pannel->user accounts->change how users login and untick the switch users option)

Now, just press and hold the "windows key" and press "L" while holding. YOU (or an administator) can only "unlock" the system. I always use this feature and it works on almost ALL Windows operating system

Thanks for that, will give it a go.

Just one thing, I have fast user switching disabled which means I will be asked for a password to unlock the pc, is it the same password I use to log on?
