My PC keeps restarting when I try to shutdown. The only change I have made is adding a 1394 card. Win XP home sp2, 512 ram,120gb drive & BBand. Any help appreciated.

Ok. It looks like a hardware problem, I have removed IEEE 1394 card and all is ok, have reinstalled card into all slots and the problem reappears. When card is installed and I turn on main power my PC automatically starts up. Grrr. If you have any idea of how to resolve this please do. Cheers.

Not Resolved, More of a sidestep...can this be resolved in Bios?
