PC renames music files without my authourisation

Thought I would give this one last try. Without going over old ground all the specifics can be found in the post below. It received a couple of replies but sadly no answers. The PC renames some music files actual filepath name meaning tyhey cannot be found by media players. If they are wrong, I will rename them and the pc will change it back, sometimes putting them in a different folder to before and even creating on eif it isn't there. This happens when the media players are closed so it is not them!

All the info can be found in the post below and I thought I would try one last time to see if anyone with knowledge about files, directories etc might have a clue as to what is happening. Thank-you
