PC performance policy from PC worl

Hi guys
Bought a HP laptop from PC world about 5 months ago.
At the time I took up their offer of "PC performance" policy/insurance for £9.99 per month.
I am now thinking, do I realy need it? I take it I am covered under warranty for the first 12 months anyway.

I don't know what the "PC performance policy" covers, you need to reed the small print for that, but if you know how to restore the software installation from the backup, then I can't see what anything other than the manufacturers warranty can do for you, especially at almost £120 a year.

Hi daisy2bell, I'm with Gongoozler here, in my opinion this so-called policy is simply not needed.
