my pc use
1024mb sdram
70gb hard disk
128mb graphic card

so i need you suggest to optimize it

are you running xp or vista,and which anti-virus are you using now?

You haven't said which processor it uses, which operating system you're using, if the hard drive is a SATA drive (unlikely) or a PATA drive. If you just want to make the best of what you have without upgrading any components, then the best thing you could do is a clean install of Windows.
