A few mths (May)ago in a rush I bought a PC (new) of ebay. last night my PC refused to boot and after a bit we found the Memory was to blame (make is Delta) This morning I tried to phone the company I bought it from off ebay but found they did not trade anymore ( no surprise there!!) Is there a way I could get the memory changed i.e contack the maker of it? Or should this be lesson learned? (silly man)

Components do fail, kleinh2009, it's a fact of life. As the memory worked okay for a few months, it's plain that it was okay when you bought it. Memory sellers/manufacturers do usually have a warranty on their modules, so a call to them might be a good idea, otherwise, as memory is so inexpensive at the moment (last time I looked) and to save myself the bother, I would just buy some more from Crucial click here
