PC keeps turning itself off

Can anyone help? My PC (only about 2 years old) keeps turning itself off. It then takes me a while to get it on again, only for the PC to turn off after a short time. Any suggestions? If I have to take it somewhere to get it repaired what sort of costs am I looking at? I don't want to get ripped off. Thanks.

Have you done a full AV scan, a full anti-malware scan, run checkdisk, defragged the HDD, cleaned it with CCleaner click here and run sfc /scannow to repair Windows?

Check all fans are working, when did you last clean the heat sink and fan on the processor??

Ok i've never cleaned the fan, i guess i should have done that by now then...oops. I'll give that a go first. Do I just remove the back of the processor and clear out the dust?
