i have just bought CameraMate & tried it out but when i play back the dvds they seem to be missing bits & running at double speed.
on the box it gives minimum requirements &i have checked all of them except for 1. it says
"direct X 9.0b compatible video controller"
can anyone tell me how to find out whether mine is compatible.
i am using windows xp

either go to start menu/run/ and type `dxdiag`
press return and check the pages

or download siw click here

although the fact that the dvd plays at all would suggest your video hardware is up to the job anyway

brundle - i tried that & was very helpful but i ended up uninstalling the drivers then reinstalling them. it was a little better but then i did a little bit of searching on the internet & found that Zio have been boughtout by (can't remember) someone. once i discovered this i manager to get help from them. basically all i had to do was defragment my c drive & it works fine now
