pc-cillin firewall causes bsod

I recently upgraded my mobo and graphics card, so I decided to format c and reinstall win xp (pro).
On the mobo drivers disk I found pc-cillin 2002. Since I dont have any virus checkers for xp I decided to install this.
Included in the 2002 version is a personal firewall, which I disabled.
Anyway, onto the problem.
When I try to connect to the internet, 9/10 times I receive a bsod, which only specifies 1 driver:
pcc_pfw.sys
After a bit of searching I found that this is a driver used by the firewall.
Is there anyway I can disable the driver, or does anyone know another way to fix this problem (I cant reactivate the firewall as it blocks to many ports for my gaming :D)
Cheers, ColdFFF

Personally i would ditch it. 1) Its out of date. 2) I've removed their products from so many PCs i've lost count in favour of others...
