Ive just had my PC back from Evesham and they replaced the motherboard and PSU and loaded Windows and all the Drivers, Ive noticed there is PC Angel installed I guess that is a hiden partition on my Drive too recover the factary settings. If I did a quick upgrade too XP Professional whould that wipe that hiden partion over it ?

Apparently the program takes a 5-second snapshot of the current system registry each time the PC boots up. In the event of a crash, PC ANGEL will retrieve everything up to the minute before the crash or the last known stable registry.

Be warned Evesham as rule will wipe there hands
of your computer if you change the OS and i have had three Evesham computers,i can't see them changing that rule,it's been two years since i last bought my Evesham computer.

No if you format and upgrade you will loose everything currently on the PC.

So what are you upgrading to?

It is a complete waste of time upgrading from Home to pro unless you require top notch security over a server network.
