PC with 1 IP and multiple LAN cards

Hi everybody. I'm quite new to LANs and I have to configure a network with 10 PC. Each PC has 3 network cards and is connected to 2 different servers PC throught 2 indipendent switches (this is mandatory). Moreover the third card is connected to a another PC used for log messages and to internet access. I'd like to identify each PC using a single IP. So questions are: 1) May I use network submasks to differ the 3 networks? 2) How can I configure the gateway in order to access internet? 3) Is there any other solution available?

Thanks in advance
