Password protecting a docs folder in XP Pro?

Hi People.

Using XP Pro - without password log-in - is there a way to password protect a folder and it's contents? I have looked but can't find a way.

I do password lock individual documents when needed.

I don't want to put a password on my PC as only my wife & I generally use it and she doesn't want to mess around entering a password when booting up....

I would also prefer not use a second log-in if I can avoid it.

Thanks in advance.

Folderaccess does just what I want it to do.

4 folders are enough for me too.
