Partitioning - for 2 Users

I have a shared computer. Only one other person uses it but I want my computer activities to be kept to me. How do I go about splitting the Hard Drive? I've got XP Pro (no SP2). I've looked in the Helproom under Partioning but nothing seems to jump out at me apart from fdisk. I also want my part of the HD to be password protected and, obviously, have all the secure software which the whole HD has. Anyone help please?

Are you saying you want to partition the drive and install a second o/s on that for another user.

If so then something like parftition magic will allow you to partition the drive. Boot magic will then allow you to dual boot.

However with Pro you could just have a good password and use EFS to encrypt what you want to hide from others.
