I’m running Vista and I have a small external Hard Drive 320gb is it possible to partition the hard drive to save files, if so how would I do it?

Thank you

Click orb > right click computer > manage > disk management, with the drive plugged in.

Right click on the space of the drive and delete the volume. You can then start the wizard to rebuild the drive but select the size in Mbs you want the first partition to be.

Do the same to make further partitions on the unallocated space.

Why partition it?
