i have a 2001 dell optiplex with windows 98. is there a way to create a new partition without formating the drive? it is a 19.1 GB harddrive

if you had suSE linux you could do it, but even if you had the linux disk you could also do it, its free too as long as you find a reliable server to download off. Anyone have experience of partition magic?I'm thinking of buying it.

Partition magic is to my mind the best way to do it. But be sure to have a bakup first - it can go wrong.
