Paperclip on emails.... Where did they come from ?

  russmini 20:07 23 Dec 04

Suddenly now it seems 95% of incoming emails have the paperclip on them, now unless i am mistaken this indicates an attachment, but there is not one. This seems to have happened since loading AVG, anyone know why, or is this just coincidence, any help would be gratefully appreciated

This is AVG E-mail Virus checker at work.
Open a paper clip and see

Turn off "e-mail certification". This is a known problem.

Ok so having double clicked it, it opens another window and at the bottom, shows a message saying basically all ok. Is this what you would expect (hope) to happen.

Just a bug in AVG 7. Ignore and relax.
