Panda Antivirus, ummm, Good.....

Work have sent me home with a laptop that has Panda Antivirus Platinum on, I was then told to fire tests at it.

So I got together some small virus test files, scripts and went along to dodgy websites, etc.

It works a treat.

It seems to be quick and very reliable from my point of view.

I might even get a copy for all my PC's.

I just thought I would tell anyone about this software incase you are looking for some Anti-virus.

I must say the firewall is not as customisable but the AV I think is the best.

Just has a demo from Panda.

No I fired viruses at it that were provided by work.

I recommend you to take out a subscription to The Virus Bulletin (not just look at their free pages). Then you can get a fuller picture on how to test AV programs.

Ok, It doesnt look like AVG gets VERY good scores too.

But from the way I was told to test 5 AV applications Panda seems the best.
