Paint Shop Pro 8. Background Eraser

  sfc 10:02 10 Aug 03

Background eraser runs very slowly on my machine, I have a 1.2 gig processor and 750 meg ram.
I don't have any other problems. Has anyone else have this problem, or any suggestions on what may be the problem.

Hi, have you tried the forum at click here (digital workshop, psp uk distributers), a dedicated psp forum. Hope this helps.

sfc, how large an area are you using? I find that many of the processor intensive actions in PSP/8 slow the system down to a crawl unless you use a small brush area.

If you want to erase a large area at a time select a larger size and place the brush over the area to be removed, then click, don't "paint". This works for me - hope it helps you.
