I have XP,SP2. I have just got one of the above, and it did not work. After closing windows down I swapped my new mouse for old,and re-booted. I opened device manager, got the mouse properties up, and connected to the web. I told windows to update the driver on the web, windows searched the web automatically and hey presto the mouse was working. I thought I would post this for anyone having problems, as the driver on the disk doesn't work....TT
