Don't know if this will help ya model type UTow-SAN WHQL. N. SAN 1058593 S\N 049688720450 PID 0496887 P/N:PB34211301

Don't know if that helps you but that's all I got on the sticker built in 2006

Sorry. What problems are you getting?

I can not seem to find the right display settings or the vga controller settings looked everywhere and also looked at Packard bell Web site but don't seem to know which one

It's not obvious on the Packard Bell site, if it is there at all. I think that you have integrated graphics.

What display problems are you getting?

I'm unlikely to be able to follow this up and I hope someone else can help you.

Answer

Go to Packard Bell site click here & click Link to old page on the right >select connect as guest> select Desktop folder> select iMedia (2005-2007) folder> select Driver folder> I think you're looking for iGMA900_3865.exe for XP
