I have no sound on my laptop, it is a packard bell easy note.

Where can I download the drivers from?

Try the Packard Bell website first (manufacturer's website always the first port of call) and the Support section.

Do you mean on the laptop or on the website?

If you go to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information>Components>Sound Device, your audio device should be listed (could be onboard sound or a sound card).

Onboard sound will probably bring up the name of Realtek, C-Media or SiS.

You may also need to Enable onboard sound in the Bios if you do have onboard sound.
