overclocking my p2....234mhz on asus m/b P28

Hi folks well this is the best forum i have used to date so heres another question.
I got a ........pentium 2mmx 234mhz
on a ...........Asus p28 mother board.
I need the info to over clock this system.

I was succesfull in doing my celeron 333mhz on my gygabyte and it run nicely at 500mhz no problems,

but then i blew the mother board by changing my ram and touching the open case of another pc while working on mine
..results was 2 dead motherboards at least 1 dead grafix card, inno3d tornado geforce 2mx-400.costly hey.
well now i want to see how far i can take this p2..233 before i use the 333 and overclock that.
Any help out there.
