Overclocking gone wrong

What if i overclocked my Video card and broke it.
Say the stock speeds were 665 and i pushed it to 770mhz and memory from 829 to 1000mhz.

And i sent it back to the company such as ebuyer or novatech. How would they know i overcloked it?

Well, because you'd tell them............ surely?

If I told them then I would not get a replacement card. Or i dont think i would.
