Hey how do you overclock your precessor to make it go faster?

I have a dell dimension 4550 and its only got a 2.5Ghz Pentium 4. How much higher could it go?

If you don't know, don't do it. The performance increase will be negligible.

The performance will not be negligible, I too have a 2.5Ghz pentium 4 and it is now running very well at 3Ghz and my bench mark and real world performance is much better, You can notice the difference.

Unless you are into serious gaming, editing big video files or similar, then your CPU will always be able to do what you require at a rapid rate of knots.
