Outlook/Outlook Express

  Cobber 11:01 01 Jun 05

I use Outlook Express for e-mail.
If I choose to send e-mail from say MS Office (or online)the Outlook e-mail layout is displayed, not Outlook Express.
There must be an easy way of making Outlook Express the default format but I seem to be going round in circles.
Any help would be appreciated.

In OE - go to Tools Options - and on the General tab, at the bottom, make sure that OE is set to be the default mail program.

Thanx DieSse.
The boxes were greyed out in OE but it put me on the right track. I went into Outlook and found that there was a tick in one of it's many scattered boxes making it the default e-mail program. This tick presumably overode Outlook Express and removed the option from that program.
Totally logical...!!!

Nope that did not work.
Still comes up with Outlook and the OE boxes are still greyed out.
Did I mention logic?? I suppose the logical thing now is to go with the flow and use Outlook.Any other ideas?
