Outlook XP and Speech Recognition

I tried to activate the Speech feature in Outlook, though why I wanted to do that I don't know as I don't have a microphone so I cancelled the wizard. Now everytime I launch Outlook I am presented with the Welcome to Office Speech Recognition screen. I have to choose Next which takes me to the Microphone Wizard - Welcome screen which I cancel then OK the next screen.
I have taken the tick off Tools, Speech but these same three screens still appear everytime I use Outlook. How can I switch this off? Thanks

One way should be to go to add/remove programs and highlight office. Click the change button and de-select speech.

Thanks for this. I'd rather not remove any programs if possible, I just want the Speech option under Tools not to be ticked each time I use Outlook.
