Outlook thinks all emails are spam

For some reason outlook has started prefixing nearly all our emails with the [-SPAM-] indication. This even happens for domain names that are in our safe senders list, and despite experimenting with other junk email setting nothing seems to stop it. Anyone any ideas?

This must be down to your ISP as Outlook doesn't do this. But just in case, which version of Outlook (or did you mean Outlook Express?).

Hi. It's Outlook 2004 (not Express).

Outlook 2003 I think you mean does not preface suspicious messages with [-spam-] it simply places them in the Junk mail folder. It alerts you if it is unsure. So you need to contact your ISP.
