When I sennd an e mail in outlook how do I set up a form or template so at the bottom of each message is a standard thing with a picture and my contact details. (just like a letterhead style) I do not know if it would be a form, template or signature ?? I know it is not hard, I have done it before but cannot remember how. I am using outlook 2003

and you can simply type a message,or insert a file. If you want an image you'll need to ensure that Outlook is configured to send email in html format. Bear in mind that many people - probably most people in the business world - will have their email clients configured to display plain text messages only, so they won't see your image.
