Outlook Rules not working properly!

I have a number of outlook rules set up so that when mail arrives in my in box, it is automatically moved to another folder.

However, when the mail arrives, its not moved but copied to the folder. I have checked the settings of the rules and I have ticked that when messages arriver they are MOVED not copied. I am now getting the email in my inbox and in the specified folder but if I run the rule manually after the mail has arrived, it moves the email - very strange.

I have run a detect and repair but its still not working properly.

I am using Outlook 2000
