Outlook "reply to"

I'm sure that I've read a tip on how to stop Outlook filling in the recipient immediately when clicking "reply" to an email

99% of the time I guess this is something you need, but occasionally I hit "reply" instead of "forward" and the potential for saying something you didn't want to is huge! (not that I would of course)

Is there a way to allow "reply" in such a way as to include the message, but leave the "to" field empty?

Looked everywhere but can't find anything... :-(

I wouldn't have thought so, as one of the points of Reply is to ensure that you are responding to the correct address.

It should be easy enough to spot - if you have an address in the To field you've hit reply. And you would anyway have to fill in an address for Forwarding to someone - so just overwrite the wrong one.
