Outlook phone number formatting

Hi helpers

I have MS Outlook 2007. For reasons best known to Outlook all my phone number entries today look as follows; 012-574-653-564. they used to look like; 01257 653564 for example.

The plot thickens;

These contacts are synced with my HTC Desire HD, also showing a dash (-) between numbers. When I get a call from one of my contacts instead of their name appearing on the phone liked it used to do, I just get this number format appearing and not the contacts name.

Any ideas?

Thanks Neil.

I think that this is a problem with your phone and your sync settings are that it's contact information overwrites Outlook's. Have a check that your location settings on the phone are UK and not USA or some other country.
