Outlook keeps freezing...

  San Alwigi 17:51 21 Oct 04

...and I get this message:
"Microsoft Windows Messaging Subsystem Spooler has encountered a problem and needs to close"

I know it says spooler, but I'm not sure if this is anything to do with printing - I wasn't trying to print anything at the time. Have done sfc /scannow to no avail. I'm running XP Pro and have installed SP". Any help gratefully received...many thanks

Try Outlook/Help/detect and Repair

...but not sure how to activate 'Detect and repair' from the Outlook Help menu? Can't seem to find either that option or indeed those words listed. Advice please! Thanks
