Outlook Express wont't connect

I have Outlook Express and IE6 running under XP with Freeserve Anytime. When opening IE6, the dial up connection dialogue appears as normal, and connects successfully. When opening outlook Express however, nothing happens. When Send/Recieve is clicked, it still does not initiate a connection dialogue box. I cannot find any setting which might be suppressing the connection in Outlook Express. Can anybody help?

Has it been working and now just stopped? Try going to Add/Remve programs and carrying out a repair.

Have you checked in control panel/ internet options that Freeserve broadband is set as default and that "always dial my default connection" is ticked. Then in outlook express/tools/options/connections it should say outlook express shares internet connection with ie6.
