Outlook Express won't maximise

Since I installed Tiscali Broadband a few weeks ago, OE6 (fully updated) sits about half an inch down from the top of the screen (maximised). It means I can't access certain things underneath it. Tiscali assure me that they don't change the Registry so it can't be their fault, and suggest I re-install OE6. This I have done twice (by reinstalling SP2 as per Microsoft's support centre) but no luck.
Any ideas how to get it back to the top of the page?

Drag the corners of the window until it completely fills the screen.
Do not use the maximize button to enlarge the window.
Close the window.
Outlook Express emails should now open in a full window.
this may help....

Thanks Santos, you're a star! I clicked the 'Restore Down' window button, then used drag to locate it to the top and make it full size. Then I closed and reopened OE and clicked 'Maximize' and it's sorted. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. You could get a job with Tiscali support!
