I think I've "lost" a tool bar in OE. I'm not sure of all that it contained, but one item was a box that indicated the number of Junk emails received each day.

Can you identify the tool bar, and help me restore it?

Thanks

Outlook Express does not natively have a Junk box.

Did you set a Junk folder up with email rules? (POP3 emails)

This must be either IMAP email (if so then what is the part after the @) or one of your security programs maybe as you say it was a 'Toolbar'. Can you give more details please.

Thanks lotvic. Now that you mention it, it was Zone Alarm's tool bar. Junk items were sent to "ZA Junk Mail" folder. I've had problems with ZA recently, and probably that's been the cause of the "lost" tool bar. Though I'm not sure how to get it back again. I'll have a "click around" ZA and see!

Thanks again for your help!

Hope you find it and sort it out :)

Just FYI - I contacted ZA, and it turns out that the Anti-Spam filter was disabled! Don't know how that happened - but enabling it sorted my problem instantly!

Thank you again lotvic, for your help and interest! Much appreciated!
